IF YOU PURCHASED THE STAR PACKAGE:

You can send us all your text documents as email attachments or you can type the information into the email itself. Here's what we need:

1. News - send us up to four news items to post on your home page.

2. Bio

3. Links (as many as you want)

4. Contact information with your email address that you wish your emails to go to.

RESUME

You can send us your resume (in any text format) as an email attachment. Please send your resume to: materials@actorswebsitedesign.com and make sure to type your domain name in the subject of the email.

PHOTOS

Send us your headshot/MAIN PHOTO and up to 11 other photos as jpeg or gif files. You can attach them to an email and we will resize them for you to fit on the webpage free of charge. Please specify which photos you want as your HOME PAGE PHOTO, BIO PHOTO, LINKS PHOTO and CONTACT PHOTO. All 12 of your photos will appear on the gallery page.

If you would rather us digitize your photos for you from a print, we can do that at $5 per photo.

VIDEO

Send us a quicktime (preferred format), real player or windows media player video clip (100MB limit). You can upload your video to us via IDISK (username: actorswebsitedesign) or you can mail us your video clips on a CD or DVD.

INDUSTRY EXPOSURE PACKAGE

We will send your finished site (via email) to over 500 industry professionals (agents, managers and production companies). We will also email your site to over 150 casting directors. Emails will be sent from your new email address (i.e. yourname@yourdomain.com) and will simply state in the subject of the email, Actor, YOUR NAME. In the email it will state the following: This email is to inform you that actor, YOUR NAME has put up a website http://www.yournanme.com. Please visit for a look at the latest headshots, resume and acting reel. The email can not contain any attachments, just a weblink to your site. The email will be sent to a variety of industry professionals including but not limited to agents, managers and production companies. It will also be sent to over 150 Los Angeles casting directors. Because of the high volume of emails received by industry professionals, we do not guarantee any response from anyone who receives your email. Also, because of high demand and privacy of these email addresses, we can not provide you with a list of the names and email addresses of whom we sent your site to. If anyone responds to you directly you may contact them back freely. Industry professionals who receive your email may not respond but this does not mean they didn't receive and possibly bookmark or print out your information. We cannot guarantee that any specific company or person working in the industry will receive the email.
